    How Answered works

    1. A call comes in and you can't answer

You're on a job, with a customer, or it's after hours. The phone keeps ringing.

    2. Jodie answers and takes the details

In a natural British voice she greets the caller, explains she's an AI receptionist, and takes their name, number and what they need.

    3. You get a text, and it's in your dashboard

The details are texted to you straight away and the call appears in your Growth OS dashboard alongside your other leads.

Not ready for a receptionist? Missed callers can also get an automatic text back.

Know where every call comes from

Every call is tracked, so you can see where it came from: Google, your Google Business Profile, directories, even AI search. So you know which marketing actually works.

Calls and leads appear in your Growth OS dashboard. Call tracking is included in the Growth Plan.

    More than a receptionist

We also build AI agents for your operations, shaped around how your business runs and priced on your scope.
